Do you remember the juicing hype a few years ago? Everyone and their daughter suddenly went on a healthy juice detox in order to reboot their system. And for some it definitely worked, don’t get us wrong, but most people just went straight back to their usual diet. Therefore, we started introducing juices in our normal diet and were amazed by the positive effects it had on us. It improves digestion, prevents food cravings and simply makes you feel amazing.

Healthy juice tastes awful
We must not lie – so, yes, some are not too delicious. But that’s mostly because the vegetables-fruits-ratio isn’t right. Beginners may add more fruit than vegetables at first. Nobody said you have to start with a 100% vegetable juice!
Another really important thing is to store them in the fridge for a few hours or enjoy with ice cubes because those healthy juices taste so much better when they are nice and cold.
